Anyone looking for Help...

I was just on youtube searching to see if there was such a thing as sh scar removal surgery, and turns out there it. That's not what this is for. I clicked{in my case touched :-) } a girls video because she was considering getting it done(but didn't). After watching the video I saw other videos by her that way help if you are willing to stop. Her YouTube username is Laura Lejeune and she has videos for ED's(eating disorders), self harm help(like covering the scars, getting through PE, recovery, distracrions...), depression and anxiety help, body image/self esteem.

I'm not saying we all need this or want this, but if anyone wants someone who's recovered and is dedicated to help people she a great one wheather its a message, comment or just watching the videos.

Also if anyone knows of any other people add them below.

I found her a couple of months ago. She's alright I guess for people that have no support or advice whatsoever but for me, she didn't help much. It's interesting to listen to things from someone else's point of view though. She's one of the biggest people on youtube that talk about self harm and mental health, I look up to her for getting so big and still putting herself out there for everyone to judge (because that's going to be inevitable in today's world).
