Now in school I spend most time alone, listening to music.

Hmmm, how bout you ask her what made you annoying?! Honestly if she doesn't want to be your friend, go make new friends! I know it might be extremely hard and out of your comfort zone to make new friends, but if you just small talk with a couple people, and hang out with them sometimes, you'll end up just becoming their friends and a part of that group instead of being alone because of one friend thinks your annoying.
