im going to the dentist today... but the pain has spread
it started in the re-filled tooth but now the pain has spread from the top to the bottom row.. in the back teeth and it really hurts..... they xrayed me last week but didnt find anything.. so they just re-filled an older filling but like the pains spreading... should i get him to pull out all my filled teeth or something??
HELP!!!!!

Maybe the trauma around that one tooth killed the pulp inside the tooth to die, causing an infection- which may or may not have spread.

You should definitely go back and discuss the spreading pain with him though.

thanks and it seems im waking up every 3-4 hours during the night in pain and i take 2 tylenol and then head back to bed... but this has been ongoing and only started getting worse a few days ago.. the pain has no spead to the bottom.. im quite concerned i might need a root canal or something..... which the word is rather scary :$
