Just thought to share it with all of you! I think this has been said often but I like the way they worded it.

In case anyone needs to hear it. :)

Thanks for sharing! That is seriously the kind of thing that any homophobe needs to see!

Yep, that's 100% true. :)
I agree with that completely.

Would society function without labels? The president is technically a label. What would Obama be?
Just something to think about.

Actually that's a job title. Not a label. There's a difference.

I do like the picture though. Trying to fit yourself to a label seems so tiring, I don't know why people bother. I'm somewhere between straight and bi. There's not really a label for that, but who cares? Certainly not me. Labels are so useless.

Wouldn't a job title fall under the category of a label, however?

My point was that it has nothing to do with sexuality or what the topic is about. Yes, it's a label, but it's an entirely different kind of label. It has no relevance to this.

The main message is to relax about finding a label for your sexuality, especially at an age where it can be most fluid. Like the picture said, there's way more sexualities than there are labels (because sexuality is a spectrum, not little boxes.) That's all. :)

It's so much more important to know who you are than to look for a label for yourself :)

But labels are just words and words describe things. Like, if the term gay fitted you and if you needed to tell someone you were gay then obviously the word "gay" is going to come in handy.
So basically, labels are handy, but they don't define anyone.
