When your penis stands stiff and hard. It also increases in size, obviously then.


People get erections when they are sexually excited/aroused, sometimes when they need to pee, and it often just happens randomly at times.

Well, um... NO. It's like he said; we get sexually aroused, and then blood flowes into the penis and in layman's terms makes it go hard (ie ready for sex). Same thing for nipple erections in girls (guys too, if it's cold outside :D) they just fill up with blood and stick out more (and become more sensitive to touch).
