Ok, I have this problem since I was 12 I think, but it's very annoying. Once my friend saw me in underwear shirt and he was like:"Man, you have boobs". I was so embarrassed. I weigh about 145 lbs. Dunno what should I do...

The only real way I know to get rid or get smaller manboobs is to loose weight.

Hey, it is called gynecomastia. My older brother had that when he was our age. Although he is slim. That is a condition which is harmless in general. But happens to boys when they start puberty sometimes. It has something to do with male and female hormones not to be in balance.
For you to feel better you should ask your doctor to have a look at it. My brother's were gone after a year and a half or so.
About the embarrassment: You are not alone. Look around and you will see others your age with man boobs too. And I am pretty sure that your friend didn't mean to hurt you.

...or not do anything. During puberty it is common for swelling to appear under the nipples which create "man boobs", which get smaller over time, if the person is not overweight.
