Voice Sqeaking

Okay i know about when your older your voice changes bla bla bla well im 13 and this has been happening lately i was at lunch and suddenly my voice just squeaks or breaks and w.e its very embaressing can you guys just tell me when like this will be over...:D

I'm a singer, so my voice only sometimes cracks when I'm singing, never when talking.
It happens mostly because my damn chorus teacher still expects me to sing in the high Tenor 1 range that I've had for the past few years, when she knows that voice has gotten a little lower and it's easier for me to sing Baritone now.

It happens throughout puberty, it goes in spurts. I started when I was your age, and I occasionally squeak. It all just happens normally, and when ever I do it, I just be cool with it and just be like "Damn I just squeaked". And just continue on. But like I said how it goes in spurts. There are times where I go for months without squeaking, and then months were I squeak none stop. Don't worry, its all natural.

dont worry, i had that happen and it went away but then every once and a while it will squeak again..

your voice is in the process of dropping. it will level out eventually.

I know someone who is my age and this still happens to him, yet It barely happened to me at all, like maybe once every two months. It varies for everyone

meh it happens different for every guy, some guys have their voice change really smooth and it never cracks and other guys seem to take forever for their voice to change and it cracks all the time... kinda like some guys on tv, like if you watch some of the old 2 and a half men shows Jake's voice just kept getting deeper but didnt really crack and stuff, but now that little dude on The Middle just hit puberty this season and his voice cracks like non stop. i had a few cracks, like i would usually have one or two a day, it still happens to me once in awhile.

I'll be worried if that happened to me. My friends are harsh. You'll grow past it. Just watch. Or should I say listen.

Squeaking and cracking is pretty normal, but for me, I never had my voice crack. It just got lower. I squeak, but only when I'm doing voices.

I think every guy knows how hard this can be because you have no control when it happens, but your voice will pretty soon change and the squeeking will end.

It just takes a little bit. You'll get over it eventually, and even then it will happen every one in a while lol just be patient :)

itll happen all through puberty its completely normal so dont worry about it so much.
