If i mess up one more time i get comitted.

So I went to my therapy appointment (it was a family session)
And what was pretty much said was that if i run away,get arrested, stop going to therapy or end up in hospital for self harm or OD. I get committed.
I don't even know how to react to this.
Even during therapy i switched between mentally drained, angry and on the verge of tears.

Oh wow, I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm guessing this has happened a lot before?
One thing I'd like to point out is that, as someone who's been stuck (though never committed) in the nuthouse, it's honestly not that bad as long as you don't become violent.

From the way you write this, it sounds like these things happen pretty often, so I reckon it might be pretty smart to ask that you go. That way you're in there by choice and can't fuck up. I dunno, just a thought.

Avoid cutting and running away and getting arrested
Try and distract yourself from things that bother you
Take part in some activities maybe even find a job
Continue with or go to school
Hang out with friends :)
Just keep your head high things will get better if you let them :)

I doubt i can go from mutiple time every day to stopping (for cutting)
I'm grounded for a month so not likely to be able to do alot of those
