Font trouble

Ever since i did a virus scan, ive had troubles with my font. First off, all the songs on iTunes are now a few sizes bigger and bolded. My MSN font is smaller but not that noticeable. But the most annoying one is that when i go and run steam to play counter strike, there is no text visable at all. Same with in Counter-Strike, so its unplayable. Anyone know the problem?

I have more RAM and better GFX than you! n00b! And it was FREE! And it works :P
