13 and a half is way young. Don't worry, they will come, just give it time. At 13, I had barely any! It's all good, and when you get older you will prob want to shave them. :P

I'm 13 and I'm the ONLY one in my class with hair down there. I guess it's me who should be worried cuz I'm 13 and I already have chest hair (is it normal?), I have to shave my mustache like every week and I constantly shave it down there 'cause sometimes there's so much it looks disgusting. I don't think that's normal for a 13 year old.

You don't instantly grow a whole bush once you turn 13. It takes time, be patient.
