While having sex with my boyfriend he usually jacks me off when I usually have lube or spit on my penis. The problem is that its so sensitive that it hurts. I am cut, but I have a long foreskin and when I masturbate I just grab the skin and pull it up and down over the head. Any advice on how to make it pleasurable? Also why this happens?

this is sadly one of the many damages being circumcised does... I also am cut but have enough foreskin left to masturbate... however the part that is usually covered is extremely sensitive, to the point it becomes painful when masturbating with lube....

As far as I know, there isn't much you can do about it... maybe restoring your foreskin could help to make it a bit more normal again (you know how the body always tries to compensate any losses... so the sensitivity loss due to the circumcision can result in oversensitivity in the area still covered.... maybe recovering the area would help, that's what I plan on doing)

Also, tell your boyfriend how it hurts when he does it like that, it will be that much better if both of you are enjoying it.

Umm, I reckon it's the particular lube you're using. You might be slitely allergic to something in the particular stuff you've been using. I'm cut, but with enuff foreskin to masturbate with it, but I've never got too sensitive, even at 14 when I was cumming all over my chest 3 times a day. Another real possibility is that your penis is being gripped too tightly during masturbation, & it's slitely bruising the insides of your penis. It actually feels more exciting to masturbate with a weaker grip, & trying to pull your foreskin up & down a little bit slower than usual for the first couple of minutes.

you have a loose circumcision and your penis is just more sensitive then other peoples, is it too sensitve before or after ejaculation if its after then its normal but if its before i would talk to your doctor

No its the whole process while using lube each up and down movement is soo sensitive, that it hurts.

My penis is the same way. When I jerk off, I use the skin, although I'm cut. Try not using lube. Or the 'Stop and Go' method. Also, bro, it might be that you're going too fast. Slow it down a little and it might feel better.
