How can I make myself appear bigger when not hard?

What's up guys, I'm a 17 year old here, be 18 in a few months. I'm gettin kinda aggravated with junior down there. I'm so tiny when I'm soft, and it's highly embarrassing. I was just wondering if there was a way to make it seem bigger, like when I whip it out to take a piss. Or if there was a way to make it always stay semi-hard, to make it appear like a shower. Any of you guys know of anything or have any tips?

I don't think there is a way to to that.BUT THERE IS NOT any way to keep it semi-hard all the time.
