Will Creatine and Whey Protein %100 help me gain muscle im 13 5' 9" 175 pounds I lift and workout a lot?

Creatine will form water muscles.. Whey is a better choice but it will take a while and like always dedication and working out a workout and eating schedule will help.

ok. firstly, due to your age, you shouldn't be lifting(weights) yet. you can lift your body weight but not more. it will fuck up your body. just google lil' Hercules. i am against protein supplements at your age.. you have most likely just started puberty so i wouldn't fuck up your bodies natural process. wait until you are 18 or 20. 17 at the youngest.

Creatine will ruin your kidneys... Whey Protein is fine. But stay away from Creatine.

there isn't really any evidence to support it
me and my friends all work out and we're all tall, 5 foot 10 and above

well, first, have you heard of Lil hercules? and i don't mean that you can't work out, but lifting weights at a young age is a real danger to your health, and to use creatine is also a danger to your health at a young age. it is best to wait until your body has stopped growing.

'Lil Hercules' was working out every day all day, since the age of two. I'm going to assume that OP isn't 2 year olds, and is only doing a few days a week. So maybe you're right, but at a younger age than us, is when it matters. You can google stunted growth from weight lifting, and the reaction is that it's a myth and there are many anecdotes to back it up.
I'm not denying creatine is bad for someone our age though, whey is better.

I agree it's probably not as bad, it's better to wait until the growth plates in your bones have fused but it has no noticeable effect if you do some weight lifting as a hobby

Dude when people run and jump and stuff like that their joints and bones are under far more force/impact then when workout with weights.
Plus there is no proof of such.
the Hermann Gorner start lifting at about 11 or 12 years old and grew to be about 6 foot 1,so where did he get stunted at in growth his brain?

Can't speak for the Whey ,but I have used Creatine before and the only thing I ever got from it after taking if 7 to 10 days is enhanced recuperative ability during and after my workouts

Any Suppliment is bad no matter what your age???
I'll admidt there are supps that are useless,and even some that are bad for a person due to unknown allergies to some of the stuff in it ,or even some of the stiff being toxic in combination with each other.
But to make the claim that any suppliment is bad no matter what age you are is wrong!

Yes. Protein is all you NEED to have though.
