I have heard many times of people counting calories, eating vary little, and being frustrated from not lossing weight.So, here it the secret...
there is no secret. it take time and non-stop hard work. But you might say that you have been working for a long time. Well, here is the problem, you have hit a point were your body has adapted to your daily schedule, so if you want to loss more you are going to have to work out harder eat more fruits & vegetables. If you are a person who is counting calories, dont do that. Instead count the nutrients you take in. you might be lossing a pound every week but its no going to help if you feel like crùd every day from being malnourished.
you guys need to ask your self this question. why do i need to loss weight? do you think your fat? or do you just want to feel good and happy.
The more fruits and vegetables you eat, the more you will feel better emotionly ,physicaly, and spiritly.
