I am just wondering why some people specifically boys are hairier than others?
Is the amount of body hair related to a person testosterone levels?

There is evidence to suggest that high testosterone levels stimulate pubic hair growth and growth on te scalp. Testosterone is converted to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which is responsible for this. When you get old, DHT can cause hair loss on the scalp, depending on your body's reaction to it.

Depends on genetics a lot too, I suppose.
