I don't know what to do...

I'm a high school freshman. I really like this guy in my gym class who is a junior. I'm not sure how to get his attention or get him to notice me. He has alot of friends but he seems a bit cold and emotionless. I'm nervous to approach him because he has an intimidating personality. I also see him with a few of his closer friends and it seems like he can be really sweet. Should I just take a chance or am I going to make a fool of myself? :confused:

it doesnt hurt to just say hi
and get to know him better and see what hes all about
