I basically just trim. Keeping up with it with a pair of cosmetic scissors and a razor makes it easy!

I usually wax, shaving gets me skin irritation and ingrown hairs. I strongly recommend it.

i shave completely probably once a month... idk what i do is i go in the shower and use thick soap (i've never used shaving cream idk okay), and i lather it on with some water mixed in and i go to work!
it makes a LONGGGGGG ASS TIME if it's the first time you've shaved, and it might get a little irritated after for a while... but anyway my only tips are shave in several directions to get the cleanest shave and PLEASEE be cautious of shaving your inner labia.
i've never accidentally shaved it, but it would hurt so bad and i don't want that to happen to you... so if you're shaving like everything off, please be careful in that area.
hope i helped at all.
also put some very light lotion (like the boring regular kind nothing scented or fancy AT ALL) down there it will make it nice and smooth and less irritated.

Trimming is the way for me to go these days. I only shave if I know that the person I'm in a relationship with at the time wants me to and makes that clear. In that case I care about our relationship enough to do so.
I shave really anything hairs on my body that I consider to not look so good. With my armpit and leg hair being the only hair that I really tend to have shaved completely off all the time.
What you do in order to shave is that you pre-trim the hairs, soften it by taking a hot shower or a bath or just splashing water onto it, use a shaving cream and make sure that it really foams up and then you have to shave carefully. And the rest I'd assume is common sense, wash the foam off, pat and dry, etc.

When I fully shave I use shaving cream (snag my bro's) and use the razor I shave my legs with and go megacareful. Usually once a week for me tho in the winter I like to grow it out and just trim with a pair of trimming scissors.

My Mom offered me a complete and permanent hair removal 2 years ago. So I don't need to shave or wax now. I love to be perfectly smooth downthere.

Yes! Waxing is much smoother and nicer. I tried shaving but it really irritates the skin when it grows back. It is so rough.

I don't shave during winter time, unless someone really requests it, but I do keep it trimmed with an electric razor.
I'll usually shave it in the summertime, yeah, I don't always like how it feels when it grows back, but didn't like waxing

Wish I got that, I hate that shaving doesn't make it smooth and I have to do it all the time

I never shave in the winter either! I will at the beginning of summer and then mainly trim as needed.

I shave in the warmer months and let it grow for winter. I shave, almost every 2-3 day. It starts itching pretty quick if I don't.

I use a razor and some kind of cream, and it really irritated me the first time. But I do it a few times a week to keep tidy, so its pretty quick and easy. Gets easier more you do it.

I shave but haven't done it completely ever. More so in the summer when I'm wearing bikinis then in the winter when I don't have as much reason to.

Shaving in that area can be seriously frustrating and irritating, mentally and physically, haha.
I found a few years ago that my hair down there was getting caught in my panties and buttoning pants really tugged on them and made it very uncomfortable. I didn't ask my parents or anything, I just went straight for the trimming scissors and trimmed them very short. I continued this until I found that shaving would do even better, which overall makes me feel healthier and cleaner.
At first, I just shaved the head and never the lips or anything, because I was afraid the razors would cut something major down there.
Here's a few tips on shaving there, though:
1. Always use shaving cream, and if you run out, use conditioner as a back up! Does just as well. Using shaving cream, I find, prevents razor burns and irritation, including ingrown hairs. It's hard to find your way around these but shaving cream really helps. I know it sounds strange, but I use Edge rather than Skintimate or any other womens shaving cream. Edge just gives the better protection and conditioning.
2. If you currently have a bit of a bush, trim it first. Then shave. Don't take a razor to hair longer than an inch, ever. You'll tug and pull and rip, not a good time.
3. Start shaving downwards, and cover that area. Then, if you still have some stubble you want to get rid of, just shave upwards CAREFULLY. It hurts if you do it too quickly and sometimes you can cut yourself. Very painful.
I ended up shaving my lips because I felt sexier and found it was more comfortable to masturbate. Turns out it is so much easier than on the head! I shave upwards and all the hair just comes right off. During periods I feel so much cleaner and if I were to be in a sexual situation I would have more confidence in my appearance. Shaving is just hygienic and you'd be surprised at how many of your friends shave down there.

hey :)
i usually just trim myself down there keeping it very very very short and when i feel like i want to shave i use wax strips for the bikini line and for the hair i usually use a razor and specialised shaving cream like made for girls(please do not use male shaving foam, its not good in the long run). usually i shave it all off but sometimes i keep a strip of trimmed hair above my thing :P like a landing strip lolz...
armpits are either waxed or shaved off completely!

You have to be bery careful with a razor. Use lots of shave cream and kinda rub it in. Lotion afterwords helps any razor burn. I shave it all off at least once a week.

I shave just the pubic mound because I find it difficult to do down near the lips and it if the iciest place for growing back.
To gat a smove shave you need to have a long hot shower or bath and wait about 10minutes in the shower before shaving. Then you need to get the the area nice and soapy. Then with a good sharp razor gently shave upwards. Try not to go over the same spot too much though because that can cause more ingrown hairs
Hope I helped :)

I think I would like to try waxing but Im too scared to go and have it done bc it think it would be embarrassing. Do you have it done professionally or do you do it yourself. If you do it yourself, do you have to have help?
