That's a pretty decent size for your age and perfectly normal.

Well saying that you are only 13 and you probably just started puberty, a completely grown man has a length of a hard penis of about 5-6 inches hard. So you will definetely grow more and you will definetly be average. So don't worry about it now, but when I was your age, I had the same length penis, and now I just turned 16 and I have a hard length of just about 6 inches, so you will grow for sure.

That is a good size for your age... You are just beginning to grow and you will most likely grow a lot more. The average size for a fully grown adult male is 5-6 inches hard, and men usually stop fully growing down there in their early 20s. So don't worry about it, you are already just about average for a grown man! :D

You are not far along in puberty at all, so being 13 and 4.6inches is fine. Might even be a little larger than the average for that age.

4.6" is alright for 13, you're about average, you should be 5.1-5.9" when fully grown. At 13 I was about 5.5" at 13, and am about 7-7.5" now at 15 (almost 16)- but I started early and my dad's pretty big as well.
