You can't force someone to like you, or be in a relationship with you. So the best thing to do is move on, there are plenty of other fish in the sea, as they say.

Well honestly you really cant do anything about it right now. That person don't really like you, so you can't force them to like you otherwise it will be a complete disaster. And if you still like the person, maybe stay liking them. Give it time, get to know the person much better, and then if you still feel the way, and you think that person likes you back, then ask again. Other wise you really just have to wait around!
