so up until now i thought i was uncut. however, the other day i heard my mom talking to her friend about how she didn't cut my brother but when i was born she did cut me. now i'm really confused about if i'm cut or not. how do i know which one i am?

Hi Eric, If you have a foreskin, then your uncircumcised, the foreskin is a small retractable piece of skin that covers your glands, if your glands are uncovered then your either circumcised or you have a very short foreskin.

If you can see the entire or most of the head or glands of your penis, then you're cut. If skin surrounds it like a sleeve kind of, then your uncut

cut is when you can see the "head'' of your penis (the glands)
uncut is when you have a foreskin that covers your "head'' (the glands)

If you have skin around your head your uncut if you don't have skin then your cut. But don't sweat it too much.
