I think every one gets turned on when thinking about sex(even if he is gay/straight).Personally,I am bi and I get turned on when thinking of the girl I like.But 14 is a small age.Go for it at about 16 years.You have the whole life in front of you and you want to start it now???It is your decision,but in my opinion,let you grow a litttle bigger.Being with a girl doesn't mean just sex.You should stop at a kiss and that's all.And that's true.I don't know how my parents would react if I tell them someting like that.But now,I don't have to tell them anyting:D

From what you say, I don't think you are in any way ready for sex with a girl...you mention you are going through puberty and things, but how far? Do you masturbate? Do you have control of your orgasm so you can even begin to last enough to give your partner any pleasure? and more importantly, it isn't just getting with a girl, it's an emotional commitment that makes for being ready for a sexual relationship...yeah, like Alex said above, wait, no hurry, have fun with your own body first for awhile...

I think you should go what you thinks is best but just remember that if you do have sex you can not take it back, and you may want to consider how far in puberty you are and whether or not you can control your orgasms during masturbation, and if you cant you will not be able to during sex and that could make your partner unsatisfied if you prematurely ejaculate. do what you thinks is right and good luck!
