Im new to this site, but Iv been looking everywhere to find an answer to my problem (if it is a problem). Right, Im 14 and ever since I can remember, Iv had this weird red thing attached to my 'japseye' and to the inside of my foreskin. When I pull back my foreskin back, the tip of my penis head bends to where this red, thin, fleshy part is attached. I don't know what it is! Does anyone else have this 'problem' (if having this fleshy part isnt supposed to be there) and is there anything I can do about it if it isnt natural?

if it is underneath your dick(on the bottom side that faces your back when it is just hanging down, if it is that and it kinda makes a "v" with the point at the tip under your pee hole then its ok, it is supposed to be there but not that tight, when i pull my foreskin all the way back to where it has laid flat along the shaft it bends my head, you could talk to your doctor about it and get a frenuloplasty where they lengthen it or get a circumcision that removes the frenulum, and yeah its normal to be there, just not that tight, be careful cuz it can rip and hurt ALOT

I have to admit to not being able to make much sense of that, but wonder if you are talking about the frenulum. Try googling that.

is it a piece of skin attached to the bottom of the head to the edge of your foreskin? I think your probably talking about your frenelum. Look it up. It's normal to have but be careful with its. It's also very sensitive.

The frenulum? Every male should have it unless removed. My foreskin was pulled back as an infant but even it isn't that tight. Check with a doctor...

Because its really embarrasing, especially if you have to ask your parents to drive you to the doctors.

If you're describing the frenulum then it seems your are totally normal, I believe I have the same thing as you.

Tanks to everyone one, Im pretty sure it is the frenulum, but it is a little tighter. If I were to pull it back bit by bit in the shower, will it become more loose?

It seems to me you have just described the frenelum. Like you, when I pull my foreskin all the way back, and only then, it is tight enough to cause the head to "dip" or bend as you describe so it sounds normal to me.

you might want to ask someone close to you too look at it and ask them cause im not sure what your describing.
