I needed to get some new work for class, so I went to this pretty cool place today to take pictures of my friend.

Wow, those pictures look really cool!
Good job, Mikey. :)
The grey in the first picture looks awesome, I think that one's my favorite. That barn looks cool too.

I like the B&W ones best, first one is my favourite. What kit are you using?
That first one reminds be of some old silent movie, Buster Keaton?, someone will know, where the building front falls forward...

I like the scenery in the second a lot, that place looks great. You got some good shots there.

The presence of the first and last ones are beautiful and powerful. You really captured emotion in those, and the depth of those photos is really great. And the contrast is spot on. The color in the second one is also very pleasing, in it's rustic-ness.
Some advice: Work with depth of field. Your photos would gain a lot with less in focus that distract from the subject, like in the third one. Also try getting closer with the subject, and telling the story of your photos more from her perspective rather than an outside perspective.

They're all great. I think the first is my favorite, but the third and last are really close runners-up. They look so rustic, it's great. In my opinion you could do with just a little higher contrast for the color photos but that' s about it.
