I hear voices. They say mean things to me, to play on my low self esteem. Once, they told me to slit my throat. I get images of my throat being slit, and I think none stop about cutting. (I used to) I can't tell what's real sometimes. Some of my daydreams seem real when I'm there. Then, I'm confused to find out I'm here. This world doesn't always seem real. I sometimes get muscle spasms to. Sometimes, I'm fine... other times I'm not. I often have a childlike mind. I have a lot of diffaculty speaking. I forgot simple words, how to pronounce them, focusing, and switch subjects a lot. I also talk really fast. I can tell people have trouble keeping up with me when I talk.
I told my parents, but they think that because I question my own sanity that I am okay. Because, I'm able to question it. That people who have lost their sanity do not know it.
And, btw I can totally hear crud moving behind me right now that is freaking me out so I'm ago >_<

I'm not a psychiatrist, so don't trust me on this, but it sounds like schitzophrenia. Hearing voices (especially ones telling you to hurt yourself), disorganised speech and a childlike mind can all be symptoms of schizophrenia. Specifically the disorganised type.
Most schizophrenics can't tell that the voices aren't real, because they're so convincing to them, but some schizophrenics when they recover don't get rid of their voices, they only learn that they are not real and they learn to ignore them. These people would still be categorised with schizophrenia, so I guess knowing they're not real doesn't mean you don't have it.
Like I said, i'm not a psychiatrist so I can't say what you have got and what you haven't. If you worried about it go and see someone. Maybe try convincing your parents? I don't know if you'd be comfortable doing this, but if you told them about the voices telling you to slit your throat they make take you more seriously, or if it's possible go by yourself.

Well, insane is defined as: In a state of mind that prevents normal perception, behavior, or social interaction; seriously mentally ill.
So, theoretically you can be insane while still questioning your sanity. Since the state of mind prevents normal perception, and you do perceive these voices, I would say that you do fit the definition of insane though honestly, that's nothing to be ashamed of. Please seek help, if only to get the voices to leave you alone.
Lots of love
