My girlfriend broke up with me 1/11/13 at 9:16pm EST. I haven't stopped crying since. She was my life. She made me promise I wouldn't cut but I did. She really was the only reason I got out of bed every morning and pretended I wasn't crying the night before. Now that I've lost her I feel like there's nothing left to live for. She won't talk about it. She want's to still be friends but idk how that's gonna work out. What do I do? </3

You just have to move on. You can't force someone to love you, or be in a relationship with you.

I understand it will be difficult, but you have to convince yourself to move on. Crying and being depressed won't make things any better.
Be thankful she still wants to be friends. :)

Not to offend you or anything, but my teacher always said, when u are young 14 15 16, never get too deep into relationships. But you cant reverse the time, if u have any best friends or anything, tell them, and yes you best friend can be your mom. Never give up on live, come on itll get better, :)! Did she tell you why she broke up the relationship? This can help you (lost the word) progress the situation. :hug:

She knows. She made me promise I would be okay without her but I'm not. Her exact words were. Heres our conversation. We were messaging on skype. She siad she was sick so she didnt want to video chat but I know now it was because she couldnt break up with me in person.

I think some therapy would really help her. You should try to convince her to get some help for her mental issues.

Anything is possible. If she does love you, then she'll seek psychiatric help for her issues.

Well, she shouldn't be scared of therapy, it actually can help her with her problems. There's a better chance of her being helped, if she goes to therapy, than if she just does nothing.

This is serious, she NEEDS psychiatric help. It sounds like she has been through a lot of shit, and has serious mental problems.
I strongly urge you to get her some psychiatric help.
There's nothing left to lose, getting her some psychiatric help can only make things better.
Please get her some therapy or something. She really needs it.

Getting her some therapy shows that you care about her.

Because she's the kinda person that doesn't want help. And theres nothing she can do without her parents seeing as we don't have a school shrink.

She does that's the thing. She loves me enough to try being with me. with her situation she wasn't ready for a relationship and we both knew that but she was willing to try because she loves me. Im hurt but now I realize why she did it.
