Embarassment! Nipples poking out

So I'm having this issue for about a week. It started when I wore just a t-shirt and a hoodie to attend a gathering with my friends, I didn't notice this issue when a friend told me when I took off my hoodie, I was embarassed despite they weren't laughing at me (some didn't even notice), I was not aroused, or cold at that moment, what can I do to prevent this issue to happen again? :(:(

Nothing, really. It shouldn't really bother you, though. If anyone says something about you because of it, ignore them. This shouldn't be something you have to be self-conscious of.
