No this was a While ago now but my brother had phimosis I think it's how u spell it an he needed a circumcision an she was staying with us while her parents were away an they wouldn't let us stay in the waiting room on our own so we had to go an be there.
I was feeling sick from my brothers crying an she was weird an kept trying to get me to look :/ so yeah ghats how she saw it

I am in agreement with the others. She shouldn't expect that and you will have to tell her that. If she likes your brother and wants to go out with him or anything like that then that is between him and her. Still is not right to spy on someone and invade their privacy.
