Regular size will do you just fine.

I apologize for trying to 'lecture' you but are you sure becoming sexually active at 13 is a good idea? I think it's great that you at least want to be safe but condoms alone aren't full proof and the younger you are, the bigger increase of failure rate. Think of what you are trying to accomplish by becoming sexually active.

Also this belongs in boys puberty so I'm gonna move it.

ok i was gonna make a topic but its kinda here anyway... do they make condoms that would fit 3 inches? or do you just have to look for alternatives?

I agree you are a little young to be buying condoms and having sex

Lol.. Almost no one waits until college or marriage... But if your going to have sex it should be with someone you love and you should wait until both of you are ready.. yattayattayatta.. Now you probably know the consequences of having sex, and that condoms often break and are not 100% fool proof, and you obviously know that the girl you're having sex with could have an STD and give it to you, and you obviously know that you could impregnate her, regardless of whether you wear a condom or not. You are probably too young, but I know several people who lost their virginity at 12 or 13.. I highly recommend you wait, but if you don't be aware of the consequences. Don't do something you'll regret. Be aware that just having sex for the first time at the age of 13 could leave you incompetent if you contract certain STDs. You could be living with pain and the inability to reproduce for the rest of your life. Even the best condom brands are not fool proof.

also a girl can call it rape if you are older than her and you dont want to deal with that

No she can't o_0
It's classified as rape only if the girl refuses to have sex and the guy forces her to.
If the girl is older than 18, though, it's classified as underaged sex.
But more on the topic, you cant become sexually active. You can have sex more often, but "becoming" sexually active isnt something that you "grow into". </2 cents>

I do agree - I think that he actually means that he wants to start having sex, and has someone to have sex with.

Whatever stage in your life doesn't matter. I am a college student myself and I know people who aren't mature enough to be dealing with the consequences of sex. It depends on the individuals and the partner's maturity level, education, and good plan of action of sex that are the main factors.

This was said very nicely (as in kinder and gentler), always nice to see (and I always like a situation where i can use the word 'Nice' more than once!).

I agree with the content, too, and let me add that sex at 13 isn't as great as you might think, and that condom might just slip off your penis.

Just because you have the opportunity to do something doesn;t mean you necessarily should. Maybe this is one of those times. There will be others, not to worry.

I always say that anyone who needs to ask anything about sex like this isn't ready for it yet.

^^ And your always right. He wasn't questioning whether he wants to have sex or not, he just wants to know what size condom to by. So technically your logic doesn't work out Andy.

I think you should satisfy your urges with something I'd like to call "The Hand and the Internet."
