dreams of guys

I had a dream last night and a few times of me and a guy or a few guys getting together naked. Is this common even for strait guys? :what::confused:

it's normal at our age, doesn't neccessarily mean you are gay. almost everyone has those types of dreams so don't worry!

Two questions could be pulled from that.

1. Is it normal to dream about naked guys.
or
2. Is it normal to be naked together with guys.

Both questions depend on how your lifestyle is. I would say for #1, Maybe. Its according if the dream was ALL about you being naked with another guy. or if it was like just part of your dream

For #2, Yes. Its very common and happens all the time with teens.

I would not necessarily equate your dream with your sexual orientation and wouldn't stress/worry about it too much. We don't have a whole lot/ any of control over what we dream about while we are asleep.

Dreaming that you are completely or partially naked is very common actually. You may be hiding something and are afraid that others can see right through you. Metaphorically, clothes are a means of concealment. Depending on the type of clothes you wear, you can hide your identity or be someone else. But without them, everything is hanging out for all to see. You are exposed and left without any defenses. Thus your naked dream may be telling you that you are trying to be something that you really are not. Or you are fearful of being ridiculed and disgraced. Such anxieties are elevated especially in situations where you are trying to impress others.

Nudity also symbolizes being caught off guard. Finding yourself naked at work or in a classroom, suggests that you are unprepared for a project at work or school. You may be unprepared in making a well informed decision. With all eyes on you, you fear that some flaw will be brought to public attention. You fear that people will see through your true self and you will be exposed as a fraud or a phony.

Alternatively, the dream may be telling you that you are drawing the wrong kind of attention to yourself. You want to get noticed, but are going about it the wrong way.

i think it is normal even if you are not gay, its just your hormones are all out of whack and your curious. i know i sometimes have dreams like that and i am straight.

fundamentally, no one can tell you if something is normal or not.... just because loads of people do something, or just one person doesn't make it not normal, so yeah do whatever you want, it doesn't affect your orientation, only you can decide if you want to be with guys or girls, or both.

2: yes an it's normal for teens in puberty to have these kind of dreams .courisity !

You don't really need to worry about it. Dreams don't usually mean much, or even affect your life. I have dreams about guys being naked all the time, but that's for a different reason all together. ;)

It doesn't make you gay, you just are subconsciously exploring your sexuality. If you liked it, maybe you could be bi or gay, but if not, it's nothing
