At what stage in puberty are you able to masturbate and cum. Also, on average how long does it take to cum whilst masturbating?

Well, anyone of any age can masturbate, but most guys dont begin producing semen until ages 11-13. Generally, it is one of the first things that happens in puberty. Its varies from guy to guy, but a lot of people ejaculate for the first time very soon after they first begin to masturbate, which may suggest that the two events are triggered near simultaneously.

Well actually, males make sperm all there life, so it's actually possible to cum prepubertal. Making there no age at which you cum. Time varies widely from person to person.
