am i extremely late?

i am 15y9m old, 5'5" i can ejaculate alhtough its clear, i see that a little of hair has been growing in my pits, i have some pubes but not a lot. and thats about all i have gotten form puberty so far. i have been able to ejaculate for about 6 months now and nothing but armpit hair has come up. also my penis hasnt grown yet, its still pretty small, it can go down to probly an inch when soft but when erect can almost go to 5". when will something happen? can height, voice, and penis growth all happen at once? am i extremely late?

A lot has happened already. You aren't late at all. You're fine, don't worry. Puberty lasts until your 20s and happens through the course of your teen years, not all at once.

So no need to be worried. You aren't late at all. You're showing a lot of signs of puberty starting.
