flaccid: how warm is it and how happy am I? haha. if its below freezing like recently, sometimes as small as 2 or 3 inches. usually more like 4. on perfect conditions 5in.

erect: 7in. girth probably between 5 and 6in.

The average size for an adult mate is between about 5.5", depending on which medical study you look at. 90% of adult guys are between 5 and 7 inches, and no you're not bigger when you're a teenager (although generally there is peak bloodflow). If you are between 5-7" when erect, you are totally fine and have nothing to worry about. I'm not totally sure about girth, but the last study I read found the average to be 4.6" in circumference around the middle of the shaft.
