I have tried multiple times and I just can't get in the chatroom. So I would like to know how u do that

Have you got Java installed? If not then try that first. If that doesn't work try changing the browser you're using but sometimes the theme of VT is what messes things up. If you're using foreverblue change it to black and gold in the bottom left corner and check back to see if it works.

Or if you're on your phone/tablet, the chat doesn't work on those.
