So I have doing it for maybe 3 or 4 months and everything has been fine. I don't over do it, and am in ok health. Just a few days ago, after a minute or two, I get a headache. Unlike most people that I was reading about on the web, it is not a migraine and usually goes away in a few minutes. But it is strong enough to make me stop. I haven't reached organism in a week! I read that it could be something with blood pressure, but I don't want to explain this to my mom and go to the doctor.

Thanks

The same thing has happened to me before. They're called "coital headaches", basically they're a big ass migraine that occurs during sexual activity ( intercourse, masturbation etc. ).
Mine went away in about a week. So, I expect your coital headaches will go away soon. :) Until then, I recommend that you stop during masturbation if you feel one of those headaches beginning. From experience, i've noticed that if you masturbate to the point of orgasm, when you're having one of those headaches, you will suffer an unbearable migraine.

So yeah, those headaches should go away soon. Until then, for your own good, avoid masturbation. Those headaches hurt like hell.

Take a couple of paracetamol tablets 20 minutes before masturbating. That mite help, & you shouldn't need papers from a doctor to buy it. Supermarkets & pharmacies sell it.

Thanks, but like i said earlier, these arent migranes, just small ones like you might get any day. Is this still the same thing as you said?

I heard about those coital headaches too. If they start in your neck and spread to your forehead than it's most likely them. If they come with sexual arousal.

They could be. Usually coital headaches are severe migraines, though.

Here's a link to wikipedia, it'll give you some information on coital headaches: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coital_cephalalgia

i don't get headaches but sometimes when i cum really hard and intense I squeeze my eyes shut really tight by reflex or something and it's so tight that I get like an eye-ache headache but when I relax from cumming and open my eyes it goes away after a couple seconds. but during that period of time it hurts really bad. idk how to keep from squeezing my eyes shut tho.

I get headaches when I jack off too much because I try too hard to get a second orgasm.

If you want some professional help without actually going to a doctor. Just go to mayoclinic online or webmd, and try to ask them there... You will usually get some professional help...
