no not normally because during arousal your pee valve gets cut off for your sperm to come out.. so in this case pee wont come out however pee will be able to come out following ejaculation

The guy above spoke the truth. There's a valve that switches and "turns off" the pee in order for you to cum. Therefore, it's impossible to pee inside a vagina or butt.

With that in mind, some people do pee after they cum. It's a way of "flushing out" the cum and it's perfectly normal.

Was it precum by any chance? Unless it looked like urine, it probably wasn't.

I can do it sometimes, but the erection makes it pretty hard to pee even when im trying. Once you really get your mind focused on sex and that sort of thing, sort of reaching the full boner, your urine will no longer come out

You CAN urinate with an erection. You CANNOT urinate while ejaculating.

Nope. When you're about to ejaculate, your body blocks piss from coming out. When I have morning wood I always piss anyways. It's a challenge!
