Hi,
I'm 16 and am hung at around 4.5 inches. When erect, I max out at 8.3 inches, and my penis has been growing still. Should I be concerned? I know I'm measuring right, and I sometimes have a bulge even when I'm flaccid.

Don't worry. I'm younger than you but I have about same size hard and much bigger when soft. I think you just reached your size earlier so maybe you won't grow any more.

You should definitely worry if the penis doesn't seem to stop it's growth even beyond 9 inches.
I heard that some boys produce too many hormones and that's what happens.

If it stops at 9 inches,well.....don't be too rough with girls!

Hard i am 6.5" everone grows at different rates and some will be bigger then others. There is nothing wrong with having a big dick, just like there is no reason to panic thinking your not big enough, we're all young yet, give it some time.
