Household items that cannot easily break, and make sure you use a condom or make sure you disinfect the item before and after use.

i use water based lube buy in most shops but you could use vasaline but dont use that with a condom because it will break

Just start of with a small cucumber and lots of lube and go slow at first and you should be fine but anything really that's small and not pointed on the end should be ok

Try things that are long long, smooth, and round like a candle, screw driver handle, (never done it) toilet plunger handle. Things like that.

I highly suggest you try to get a toy. If you hide it well enough, the chances of it being found are less than your chances of harming yourself with something that isn't design to be placed in your anus (ex. pen or cucumber).
