Itchy testicles?

Sometimes the actual skin of my testicles really itch. I am guessing it is just the hair growing? Thanks

When I started puberty and as hair grew down there they do itch like any part of the body either new to hair or absent of recent hair.
However if they itch occassionally it may be an irritation: bacteria, dry skin, scratch, underwear, position, etc....

if its rashes then its gonna be really annoying. Then you should see a doctor. Otherwise it should be fine
