That doesn't seem like a good idea, the body is working it's magic to expel the sperm as far as it can to attempt fertilization, doing this may damage that natural process...the "mess" is worth it...and for most of us the feeling you get by shooting farther just increases the experience of the orgasm..just grab some Kleenex or a sock...jeez!!

Stop doing this ASAP because it can seriously harm you in the long run. By stopping the flow, you run the risk of having your semen becoming backed up and causing an infection. This can then lead to a whole list of problems, including impotence. Long story short: just stop doing what you are doing and let it come out naturally.

I see two potential issues with your method:

I only ever heard of this in relation to delaying an orgasm, but if you do it as you cum then I would - as everyone else has said - stop in case it is harmful. If you have tissues or something handy when you masturbate, you can cum into those (just hold them around your penis as you cum if you really don't want to shoot everywhere).

The other thing I'd say is maybe you should try to de-sensitise yourself to that reaction and just try to get used to it. On a sex-ed program on tv they talked about boys getting so used to masturbation their enjoyment of sex with other people was affected because of things like this setting unrealistic expectations. Sex with someone else is going to get more messy, and if that turned you off that would be sad for you.

That's probably not a good idea as others have said. Physically holding anything in thats supposed to come out isn't good. You wouldn't start to take a piss and then squeeze your penis to keep it from coming out all the time, right? Just because there are no problems now doesn't mean you won't have any problems down the road as you get older.
