Hey Guys, so i have a Dell Inspiron 1545 that's about 5 years old. Its running windows vista but recently its been freezing really bad. I ran Diagnostics and it returned the code "0F00:1344". After googling it, i'm aware that it has something to do with the hard drive, but this was replaced just 14 months ago??? Can someone shed some light on the problem, and possible solutions please, Thanks!

I wondered if anyone knew about the problem in depth and/or had experienced the same problem. There was no need to get smart about it.
