An F drive just showed up on my computer, I think it may be a tracker installed by my parents, but I'm kind of paranoid about that, it's got a capacity of 3.77 GB and apparently is a storage device. I did nothing to install it. It's not external, and I don't feel like opening up my computer right now. Please help!

It's your ipod. I think you have one right? :P Because if you do, that's probably it, look inside it and see what's there

Well I have an Ipod mini and it's 3.77 GB capacity (beacuse of all the software in it already.

ya basically just see if anythings plugged in like an ipod or whatever

Could be the ipod, but it's not plugged in right now.

Yeah it's the ipod then. I'll make sure it shows up when I disconnect mine, But yeah, it's most likely the Ipod. And I don't think your parents would make a diskette for their tracker, that'd be a little obvious.
