ok I know a lot of people are probably gonna say stuff like"you shouldn't do that to your body, its really unhealthy" blah blah...but honestly I looked up and know all the side effects and long term effects and I don't care. I just really need someone to help me through this. I cant do it alone. my neighbor and I are best friends and she was my ana buddy and we lost weight together and supported each other. but then she moved so now im all alone and NO ONE gets me at all. so please someone I need to loose this weight.

look for community support groups
although they are hard to find.. look online if you have to
there are people out there struggling the same way you are..
its not easy to find people with similar interests
but take a look and see what you find....

Ackmedsgirl666, you should not be encouraging this at all. It's unhealthy and very dangerous. You want pro-ana? This is pro-ana:
At first, you are going to lose weight, but not fat, you’ll lose muscle, waste and water, that fat is clinging on because you’re not eating. You’ll soon get tired, unable to focus, and cranky because you’re body isn’t being supplied with energy it needs to operate. Soon enough, you’ll hate everything and everyone. You’ll be depressed. You’ll start binging, then you’ll do some “ana tips and tricks” that won’t work, and you’ll hate yourself even more. Give it some more time, your stomach starts to bloat, and you might have trouble pooping, it’s either too wet, or too hard. You might get some extra acne, and your hair is going to get real greasy. Here comes that self-hate. Fast forward, your hair is going to start falling out, and all the extra shampooing you’ll have to do isn’t helping. Your skin is dry, and maybe itchy, and no amount of moisturizer is going to soothe it, and you’ll be bruising a lot as well. You might sleep for more hours than you’re awake because your body is trying to save energy. By now, you’ll probably be randomly fainting and in potentially dangerous places where you could hit your head and do some damage. You’ll start to get sick all the time, your immune system is so weak, it can barely fight a cold. Heart palpitations are in here somewhere. Now you’ve lost all the weight you originally wanted, but it’s not enough. It will never be enough. You still think you’re fat. Your clothing size isn’t low enough. And so, you’ll keep losing. All of your joints ache all the time. Your period stops. You haven’t got any fat to cushion your body so laying and sitting in a lot of positions you used to love and now potential painful. You are passing out, this probably won’t stop. Sooner or later, you’ll be in the hospital. If they can help you get into recovery, you could be lucky enough to be free and gain most or some of your health back, but you’ve done a lot damage. You might never be able to have kids. You might have organs problems for the rest of your life. You could have shortened your life by years. You could be on meds for that too. If the hospital doesn’t get through, and you keep going and going and going, which you won’t have a choice over. You might get a common illness it could drive your body over the edge. You could have a heart attack. Your organs might be like “nope, not taking this shit anymore” and start to fail. You might commit suicide before that happens. Now you finally have that perfect boney body you wanted, but unfortunately it’s in a coffin.
Still want to find ‘ana buddies’?
(I’m not a doctor, I’ve never studied ED’s, this information is what I’ve learnt from personal experience and the Internet)
Losing weight the healthy way, the RIGHT way, will result in safe, long-term weight loss. Why would you chose the above over healthy and happy.

This is probably the best written explanation of the horrors of anorexia. Can i quote this for use in discussion?

Sure, but remember I'm not a doctor, nor have I studied ED's, so even a little bit of research on your part would help your argument. :)

VT does not support eating disorders, which is pretty much what this thread is.
I really recommend you seek help, before it gets really bad. Anorexia is not a lifestyle..
