My best friend prefers someone else

Right so my best friends, has another friend that I'm friends with, and my best friend prefers the other dude too me. What shall I do? Its causing loads of arguments, for example, my best friend is moaning at me because im not talking to him and spending enough time with him, even though he is always to busy with the other dude, I want us all to be friends but I really don't want to loose him because the other guys really popular and last time I fell out with him, he turned everyone I knew against me and basically just took the piss out of me for 4 whole months. So someone help me please!!

You could suggest to all hang out together, that way everybody is theoretically happy. In theory, you just need to make sure that everybody is happy with the plans. I don't know what hobbies you share/have but if you did you could do something all of you would enjoy at the same time.

Hmm, I think you guys need to have a one on one convo! Maybe go to a coffee shop of something and just sit down, and you need to ask him what's on his mind. What's bothering him. Ask him to really think why your guys' relationship is going down, and tell him to think, and not say it's because of me. He could have something extremely important to tell you that he's been hiding, and so being friends with the other guy could be his only way of shielding him from telling you! Who knows?! But I do think you guys need to get together, and talk things through! If your best friends, then you guys could get deep in this convo!
