I know for a fact that it's true :D. I'm able to orgasm twice every time I masturbate. The trick to is is that I usually take my time with the first one (about 20-30 minutes). As soon as I orgasm I wait for roughly 30 seconds to a minute. Then I start up again (but you have to go much faster) and I'm able to have a second orgasm, which is often better than my first. I used to be able to go three times, but that was back before I could ejaculate. Anyway, try it out, there's no guarantee it will work... but you never know :D

No you cannot suppress ejaculation but still orgasm. Ejaculation is apart of the orgasm.

And guys really can't have multiple orgasms. Basically all you're doing is masturbating twice in a short amount of time, which really isn't a multiple orgasm like with women because it's not in the same session.
