Sensory Aversion

Hey, I'm Alex. For 10 years I have been suffering from sensory aversion. I HATE IT!!! I want it to stop but I cant stop. For those of you that dont know what this is: id ont want to try new foods so I eat the very simplest foods i can (ie pasta chicken bread ect) can anyone suggest good ways to help me??
