Moving penis up and down

I know this is a quite strange question but I want to know if this is normal. When my penis is erect,it moves up and down without wanting to to that.It just moves by itself.I think it is because of the blood.Is this normal?

I know how the pulse is,but this is something longer.I have to move my penis up.Even when I sleep,it is moving up and down more than a heartbeat.And I keep it up till the muscle is starting to be painful.Just like something had to be done by relflex and I can't get rid of it...

i do nothing.I think my penis wants to get closer to my stomatch,but it can't.I want to see if this is going to stop when I will lose some weight.I am quite fat and I think this is the problem.This happens only when I am in bed,layed.Anyway,thanks guys.
