He might be bi/gay or just curious.At this age(you are about 14,right?),hormones are crazy and we all want to experiment new things.He maybe got turned on when thinking about you(he has feelings for you) or about the good time spending together in the bathroom ,,ninjamoving" your penis.Personally,I get turned on when thinking about something ,,sexual",even if it is a girl or a guy.Try to find out what is he,and if you have feelings for him too,go and try something new(If you know what I mean:give him a Hj,Bj,blah,blah,blah.REMEMBER:TRY TO ASK HIM SEXUAL ORIENTATION QUESTIONS OR EXPERIMENTS QUESTIONS:)).

Well I guess it means what ever you want it to mean, if you want it to mean something then you can, or you can just say that it was experimenting... It depends how you feel about guys, with hormones and everything, we all get curious, it's natural, there is nothing wrong with him touching you ( if you don't mind being touched) and there is nothing wrong with you looking at his bulge, it's normal :)

It is normal to get aroused without realizing it. Like, I don't know if a doctor has ever had to check around your penis area, but you may get a boner then.

It means he feels comfortable around you (and vice verca) other than that this situation never had happened. I bulge sometimes even from the slightest skin contact. So this could have easily happened to me in his position.
No proof of his sexual orientation though.
