Yeah, I thought it was amazing.
Definitely my favorite book, even though I usually don't like reading. :P

It was a lot better than I thought it was going to be at first. I was dreading reading it (for school) but it ended up pretty enjoyable.

I was expecting more, because everyone said it's one of the greatest books they've ever read.

It's not bad.

My first impressions of it? Hate it (it is worth noting that I've only read chapter one in class). I don't know why, but unless it's subtle, books with consistently and heavily colloquial register really put me off, and from what I've seen of this one (bearing in mind that my opinion may change in time) it is is far too much like this for me to concentrate on anything else.I know it's a deliberate effect, but I quite strongly dislike its use.

Hated it. I can't stand the main character. I really can't read it without hating him lol.

I liked it, it is basically the definition of teen angst that's why it is mostly liked by teens.

Just wanting to know if anyone else picked up on these interesting things(for lack of a better word).

When Holden asked about the ducks in the pond hes asking about himself, What happens to him when everyone leaves and he is left behind.

When Holden is telling his story he always uses second person pronouns because it is just way too painful to completely put himself back in those shoes.

I just picked up on those things.

It is nice, but i kind of disliked Holden, because he is against everything and every one.
