I always see people on here saying "I'm really happy with my muscles atm there getting really big", How do they do it!? Just get muscles i mean? No matter what i do it is impossible for me to get muscles! I'm fat by no means... I am practically the opposite, I'm 15, 48.9Kg(107 pounds), 168cm tall (5'6"), and have a BMI of 17.3. Does anyone else have this problem or does anyone have an exercise routine that will get me muscles? Pecs, abs and biceps are the main ones i care about. So does anyone have a exercise routine/diet?
Thanks

Sit ups r excellent for abs. And if ur as thin as a stick muscle won't show. You need a little bit of weight. Ur weight is very low.

Just going through puberty will lead to bigger muscles due to the effect of testosterone though the effect is relative, i.e. bigger muscles than you had before puberty, not necessarily bigger than some other person you choose to compare with.
Given this, if you are late bloomer beware of comparing yourself with peers who are further through puberty than you are as they will be naturally more muscular than you are.
Thinking of comparing, if you are comparing with the idealised images of masculinity that appear in the media these will usually be the result of a training programme. You do not have to emulate these any more than girls should feel the need to be catwalk models but if you do decide to then you are only likely to achieve that by training in the gym. Advising you on a suitable programme is beyond my expertise but I would expect a decent gym would have someone available who could.

You will develop and fill out more and more as you progress through puberty. And, it will become easier for you to gain muscle mass.
Take a look at what your eating also, putting on some weight can help, as when working out, you will burn that fat and gain some muscle, if working out regularly and correctly.

It's possible your body type may just be an Ectomorph, meaning that for you, you're naturally going to be skinny, it will be very hard to gain weight(Due to a very fast metabolism). If you want to read more on it, and how to gain muscle, try this site:

Good news: I had the same thing, but got medical advice when I was much younger, sorted out my diet and got into dance then into swimming to try to build overall muscle tone. I train every day essentially either swim training with my club or gym. As a result I'm about 8kg heavier than you at the same height (and about to turn 18) and while I don't look huge I do look toned, and it is proof that you can change.
The medical advice I was given included taking on more food, making sure my food was heavy in protein, and to do exercise that was 'all body'. Swimming, dance , rowing are all great exercises to work a lot of muscles and a great way of getting your cardio in.
If you want a good weights work out be sure to include squats and deadlifts as these two exercises work out some really large muscle groups, and people often work the 'vanity' muscles in the upper body and neglect their lower body. Others have already mentioned core work, which is the one thing you should always have in your routine, as any strength work you do relies on your core to support you.
Diet plus swapping off weights (resistance) work plus one of the other exercises I mentioned will give you great results, in my experience.

Puberty will help. But you need to have a caloric surplus and workout, in order to build and gain muscle mass. If you are eating enough calories for your body to maintain itself, it won't be enough to maintain extra mass. Typically 500 calories more than you burn will do the job, with working out at least 2-3x a week.
It would take about a month to gain 1-2 lb. of pure muscle. So if you burn about 1400 calories a day, eat up to 1900-2000 calories a day. But most of those calories has to be HEALTHY!!! 80% healthy, 20% unhealthy. Or you could eat whatever you want, while making sure you're getting your macronutrients and staying in the caloric goal.
