It's only a problem if you try to fix it and you mentally can't. So, just eat some higher calorie foods and get that intake up. Slowly do it though, adding 1000 calories every day within a week could be stressful for your body, and you might gain some weight (not that that's a problem, just assuming you don't want to).

The binging could be from your lack of calories. Your body is going "feeeed meeee" and so you get what you can. Alternatively, it could be emotional, comfort eating. If you feel negative and then feel the need to binge, then this is probably the case. Try to distract yourself, and do other things. Getting your calories up should help as well. If this continues then you may have an early stages binge eating disorder.

But don't stress too much, this is a lot of if's. Just work on increasing your calories and take it from there. Make sure you listen to your body.

Well I need to gain weight but if I do Id rather in muscle haha. Being 4 years ago I was 20 lbs over weight. And I was thinkin its that, I normally dont like to eat... When I binge, I thought it could be the emotional comfort eating. But Im normally happy at the time. I use to cut, I havent since around Im not sure... Before Christmas. And well since then Ive kinda been tryin to find somethin to do to cope... and all. Problem is I cant really get myself to eat... I dont like to and at times dont want to. Truthfully, I need to by spring cause I do horseback riding and well if you ever have ridden, its very physically demanding.

Well, four years ago you were probably starting puberty which can explain a lot of the weight change, also your height, you would have grown a lot by now, and the taller you are, the more weight you need to be considered over-weight.

You need to eat more than the recommended amount of calories to gain muscle. Well, if you're not feeling any different and nothing triggers your binging, it's probably just from your lack of calories, but it sounds like your lack of calories might be your new coping mechanism, but you really need to try and break it before it gets serious.

I don't want to sound like a meany, but you NEED to eat, and you're going to have to suck it up and just do it sometimes, or else you're going to get physically sick. If it's just "eh, I don't feel like eating", try to push through it and just having something small, if it's more "I do not want to eat, regardless of if I'm hungry or not" then you could benefit from talking to someone who knows what they're talking about. Seeing as this under-eating has come on recently, it's a bit of a concern compared to just always having this nature.

Taking all of this into consideration, as well as your cutting, do you think you could be depressed? Mostly everything can be explained if you have depression, but don't think "OH GREAT I HAVE DEPRESSION", but this doesn't automatically mean you have it.
